Application and acceptance
Submitting an application does not create a membership or guarantee acceptance. Membership begins only after Aurel House accepts the application, the member signs any required membership agreement, and initial payment arrangements are complete. Availability may be limited to protect service quality.
If a signed, personalized membership agreement conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls.
Plans and included capacity
House — $495 per month
Up to four coordination hours or five standard requests per month, whichever limit is reached first. Response target: by the next business day.
Signature — $1,250 per month
Up to ten coordination hours or twelve standard requests per month, whichever limit is reached first. Priority response target during business hours.
Private — from $2,500 per month
A custom retained scope beginning at twenty coordination hours per month, with response and service details set by private agreement.
Unused monthly capacity does not roll over unless a signed agreement says otherwise. A standard request is a reasonably defined coordination item; complex, urgent, multi-day, event, travel, or multi-provider work may use multiple hours or be quoted separately. Additional coordination is $150 per hour and requires member approval.
Founding 25
The first 25 accepted members may receive Founding 25 recognition and a waived $500 onboarding fee. To protect service quality, admissions are released in limited onboarding windows. Founding status does not change third-party charges, included capacity, or provider terms. The offer is subject to availability and may close when all 25 memberships have been accepted.
Term, renewal, and cancellation
House and Signature memberships have an initial three-month term unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Membership fees are billed in advance and renew monthly after the initial term. Following the initial term, either party may end membership with 30 days' written notice. Fees already earned or paid for a current billing period are non-refundable except where required by law. Aurel House may pause or end service for nonpayment, abusive conduct, unlawful requests, safety concerns, or a material breach.
Approvals and third-party spending
Aurel House does not make a material third-party purchase without member authorization. Quotations may change until confirmed by the provider. The member is responsible for reviewing price, scope, dates, cancellation rules, deposits, and other material terms before approval. Third-party charges are normally paid directly by the member to the provider and are separate from membership fees.
Travel
At this stage, Aurel House does not act as the booking travel agency. Travel coordination activates only after the independent certified travel-agency relationship and applicable registration have been documented. Aurel House may shape the brief, research options, coordinate preferences, and support the surrounding experience. The agency is seller of record, fulfills reservations, collects traveler and payment information through its own secure channel, and provides booking, payment, cancellation, refund, insurance, and supplier terms. Members pay the agency or applicable provider directly unless a signed agreement lawfully states otherwise. Upgrades, sold-out inventory, access, pricing, and provider availability are not guaranteed.
Service hours and urgent requests
Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding observed holidays. Response targets measure acknowledgment and initial handling, not guaranteed completion. After-hours and urgent support are subject to availability, provider availability, safety, and separate approval or charges. Aurel House is not an emergency, medical, legal, security, or crisis-response service; contact the appropriate emergency or licensed professional when needed.
Independent providers
Restaurants, travel agencies, drivers, chefs, household vendors, event providers, and other third parties are independent businesses. Aurel House researches and coordinates providers but does not control their operations. Provider availability, licensing, insurance, safety practices, performance, cancellations, and final terms remain the provider's responsibility. Members should raise a service issue promptly so Aurel House can assist with follow-through.

Disclaimers and limitation
Aurel House provides lifestyle-management research, curation, and coordination with reasonable care. Results, availability, pricing, admission, upgrades, reservations, and third-party performance cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurel House is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers. Any additional limitations in a signed agreement apply.
