Privacy Policy

Discretion is part of the service. This policy explains what Aurel House collects, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Effective September 23, 2026

Aurel House does not sell personal information or use member information for third-party advertising. We collect only what supports application review, membership operations, service delivery, security, and improvement.

Information we collect

We may collect information you submit in a membership application, including contact details, residences, service interests, travel frequency, referral source, and your answers about desired support. If accepted, we may also maintain membership details, service requests, approvals, partner assignments, onboarding status, and preferences you choose to place in your Aurel Passport.

Our first-party website analytics may record page views, clicks, active time, referral source, device type, language, and approximate city, region, and country. Aurel House does not store a visitor's raw IP address in its analytics database.

How we use information

When information is shared

Information may be shared with hosting, email, payment, professional-adviser, and other service providers that support Aurel House operations, subject to appropriate access controls. For a member request, only the information reasonably necessary to obtain an option, quotation, reservation, or service is shared with an approved provider.

Travel coordination activates only after the independent certified travel-agency relationship is documented. The agency acts as seller of record and collects required traveler and payment information through its own secure channel, under its privacy practices and supplier requirements. Aurel House does not request that information through a public form or Aurel Passport. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization.

Information we do not want you to submit

Do not place payment-card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver's-license numbers, or copies of identity documents in the public application form or Aurel Passport. When a verified provider needs sensitive booking or payment information, submit it through that provider's approved secure channel.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Declined or incomplete applications may be retained for up to 12 months. Contractual, transaction, and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years where appropriate. Following the end of a membership, Aurel Passport data is scheduled for deletion or de-identification within 90 days unless retention is requested, needed to resolve an open matter, or required by law. First-party analytics may be retained for up to 24 months.

Security and access

The Operations Portal requires an authorized account and uses HTTPS, security headers, encrypted configuration storage, and owner-controlled encrypted backups. Access is limited according to operational need. No system can promise absolute security; please contact us promptly if you believe information has been exposed or misused.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, subject to identity verification and applicable retention obligations. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by Aurel House first-party analytics. You may also decline to provide optional information, although that can limit personalization.

Children and changes

Aurel House is not directed to anyone under 18. We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
